WMF High Precision Weigh Module

WMF has an integrated EtherNet/IP network connection with Power over Ethernet that eliminates additional converter boxes and service headaches. With WMF, you achieve 100% in-line proof of your filling quality through PLC-controlled automatic calibration and adjustment via a PLC-driven integrated calibration weight that verifies fit for use. WMF simplifies setup and maintenance efforts to minimize costly downtime.

WMF’s thin profile is used as a single weigh module or in an array with multiple units allowing you to arrange numerous weigh modules in a very small space for multiline filling, quality control or checkweighing applications. At 366 Hz, WMF speeds up the entire process to increase throughput through its high accuracy and stable weight. WMF is available with EDS, Custom AOP, sample code, engineering notes and is ODVA compliant.
