Expansion Relays

Guardmaster® EM Safety Relay Expansion Modules allow the user to easily add 4 N.C. outputs to a system. The single-wire safety connection simplifies cascading and expands safety functions by linking relays with a single-wire. Designed to meet the new Functional Safety standards, this relay simplifies purchasing and parts management, and offers key functions to simplify installation and reduce system complexity.

The Guardmaster® MSR19E is a monitoring safety expansion relay unit with dual channel input. It operates as an extension of a master safety relay. The outputs of the MSR19E mimic the outputs of the master relay. Note that Guardmaster Safety Relays have been marketed by Rockwell Automation under the trade name "Minotaur" in the past.

The Guardmaster® MSR45E is a safety relay expansion module for the MSR41/MSR42 (MSR4x) multi-function safety controller. The MSR45E comes in a 22.5 mm DIN housing and is a Category 4 module with externally monitored contactors via the MSR4x. The Guardmaster® MSR122E is an expansion relay for safety relays. This relay is ideal for safety system applications where additional outputs to switching connections are needed to help shut down a manufacturing process properly and safely. The Guardmaster® MSR132E is a monitoring safety expansion relay unit with single- or dual-channel input and either immediate or timed off-delay outputs. It operates as an extension of a master safety relay. The outputs of the MSR132E mimic the outputs of the master relay.
