On-Machine Block Distributed I/O

On-Machine (IP67/69K) distributed I/O can be mounted directly on a machine rather than in a remote, central cabinet, reducing wiring costs and allowing for easier maintenance. Our On-Machine Block I/O products provide a complete assembly of sensor and actuator interface points, and each includes a network adapter. Expansion blocks are available for some families. Choose from a wide range of analog, digital, and specialty I/O, as well as on-machine I/O for safety systems.

Bulletin 1732D, 1732E, and 1732P ArmorBlock® I/O provides low-cost, hardened, digital I/O suitable for on-machine use. Mount it anywhere on a machine for automotive, material handling, and semiconductor applications, or when diagnostics and local control are not needed. ArmorBlock I/O is available for DeviceNet™, EtherNet/IP™, and other networks. In addition, Armor WeldBlock I/O is suited for use in typical welding applications and is ideal for end-of-arm robot applications.
