PowerFlex 755 AC Drives
PowerFlex® 755 AC Drives provide ease of use, application flexibility, and high performance. They include multiple control and hardware options, as well as optional embedded safety features. These drives are well-suited for a wide variety of motor control applications including pumps, fans, and conveyors. With Integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP™, you can place these drives on the same network as Kinetix® drives. A Dual-port EtherNet/IP™ Option Module supports ring, linear, and star topologies, as well as Device Level Ring (DLR) functionality for fault tolerant connectivity and high drive availability.
Available Safety Options
Certifications apply when product is marked. See our Product Certification site for Declarations of Conformity, certificates and other certification details.
The new ATEX option module enables PowerFlex® 750-Series AC drives to function in systems that must control motors that are located in potentially explosive environments. When used with an 11-Series I/O module and the ATEX daughter card option module, the PowerFlex 753 and PowerFlex 755 drives are TÜV-certified to stop providing energy to motors when motor temperature becomes too high. This combination helps you eliminate the risk of explosion caused by an over-temperature condition in the ATEX-certified motor.
PowerFlex® 755 AC drives with power ratings higher than 250 kW (350 Hp) feature a free-standing floor-mount design with a variety of packaging options. These options include pre-engineered power option bays, wiring bays, and versatile empty option bays. You can coordinate lineups with motor control centers to help reduce the system footprint, decrease installation time, limit number of required components, and generate less heat.
