The FanMaster™ Energy Saving Package enables upgrades of constant volume air handler to variable air flow without changes to existing mechanical systems or controls. The FanMaster package monitors actual energy consumption to control fan speeds and reduce energy consumption.

  • Controls PowerFlex® 400, PowerFlex 70, PowerFlex 700 and PowerFlex 753 AC Drives
  • Includes PanelView™ operator interface and sensors and MicroLogix™ 1100 controller
  • Demand ventilation or constant ventilation control
  • Runs at optimal speed using patent-pending algorithms
  • Pre-loaded climate profiles, with easy set up of additional profiles
  • Distributes heating and cooling BTUs in the same proportion as the original system design, using less fan energy
  • Controls ventilation of carbon dioxide
  • Minimizes outside air while providing good air quality
  • Lowers heating and cooling energy consumption
  • NEMA/UL Type 1 and 4 enclosures
